Welcome to The Good Grief xanga.  My name is Nate.  I am guitarist/singer of The Good Grief.  This used to be my own personal xanga, but after using it to advertise for my band, I decided to turn this into the xanga news spot for The Good Grief.  Now all of you xanga users who have recently encountered our music will have a place to come and find out just what's going on in the world of The Good Grief.

Currently we are working on our first project which is to this point untitled.  We have seven songs recorded, and many more in the making.

Besides myself the members of the band include Luke Rorscheib, lead singer/guitarist, and Zach Bush, bass/lyricist extraordinaire.

Luke's xanga is:justatool
Zach's xanga is: rotorpower85

For those of you who used to know this as Nate's xanga solely, I will soon be making my own new xanga.

So the results of my quest to infect xanga with The Good Grief by means of random blog searches was overwhelming.  60 Comments...that is incredible.  I was extremely excited to hear the feedback on some of our music, and I really appreciate you guys taking the time to listen to and critique our music.

Not to worry, the infection will continue.  However, I decided after 60 comments it was time to post once again. One, to keep my readers happy and my page fresh.  Two, because it takes forever to scroll through all of those comments.

So keep on listenin' to that Good Grief.  Let it touch your soul like a t.v. evangelist with a quota to fill.  Or, as some people like to say, spread it like herpes.

Make sure to join The Good Grief blogring if you enjoy our music and would like to hear more when we have updates or new songs.

I went on a mission to infect the xanga world with The Good Grief.  If anyone finds their way back here, I hope you enjoyed the music.  If it angered you to no end that someone would dare post on your site, get over yourself.

*Edit*  If you can't access The Good Grief website, download firefox.  There's a link on the homepage.  It's a superior browser anyway.  You can also check out www.purevolume.com/thegoodgrief

Oh yah!  And don't forget to join The Good Grief blogring.  I promise you won't regret it!

Looks like surgery for me boys and girls.  I'm leaving for spring break.  Be back in a week.

Thursday, March 03, 2005

Well spring break is looming in the near future.  I say looming because that means I have to pack my stuff up and become homeless for a week, and moving isn't going to be fun on crutches.  I guess I'll just hop around.

Oh my...this just in...One of the refs of the IU got screwed by Wisconsin game was an AD at Iowa.  Now you may be wondering, "What does that matter?"  Well, IU is a some what legitimate bubble team for the NCAA tournament, at least, they could have been had they beat Wisconsin.  And guess what other team is a bubble team.  That's right, Iowa.  Now would an AD from Iowa, a team who's on the bubble, care whether IU, another team on the bubble, won or lost?  ABSOLUTELY.  It's a conspiracy I tell you, a conspiracy.
